RESERVEDeposit & Cancellation Policy Update (Stays 1 month or longer)
The deposit required for a 1 month or more stay is $500, plus a refundable $250 security deposit. Cancellations must be made 90 days prior minus a $100 cancellation fee. The reservation balance must be paid 60 days prior to arrival. Any adjustments in dates must be requested 30 days prior to arrival (if available), credit will not be given for shortened stays.
The resort is not responsible for any loss due to fire, accident, flooding or theft as well as any loss or damages from mowers or injury to any resident or any guest of residents, or property of either.
